In order to build up brand image, enhance brand influence and make the company name more in line with the actual situation of the airborne systems business, as considered and approved by the shareholders’ meeting of AVIC Avionics, AVIC Avionics will change its name to AVIC Airborne Systems Co., Ltd.* (中航機(jī)載系統(tǒng)股份有限公司) and will change its stock name to AVIC Airborne (subject to the approval by the relevant registration authority).
